Effective date: June 13, 2026. AI Purposer is a digital service, so refunds are limited to billing problems or material service failures we cannot resolve.
Eligibility
Contact support within 7 days of the charge if you believe a payment was made in error or the service could not be delivered.
Non-refundable cases
Change of mind, partial use after access was delivered, and issues caused by third-party services are generally not refundable.
How to request one
Email support@aipurposer.com with your PayPal order ID, email, and a short explanation.
Disputes
If you opened a PayPal dispute, we may use the case information and service logs to investigate before deciding.
Fraud and abuse
Fraud, abuse, or chargeback behavior may disqualify the account from refunds or future access.
